About the role

Frontier Model School and College is hiring a Head of Curriculum & Teacher Training / Academic Coordinator for the girls branch. The role focuses on curriculum development, teacher training, and improving academic quality from Nursery till Class 7.

Responsibilities

• Revamp and redesign the existing curriculum from Nursery till Class 7.
• Introduce English phonics, DIY and activity-based learning, interactive classroom strategies, and creative assessments and worksheets.
• Prepare structured teaching content, lesson plans, classroom activities, and teacher guidelines.
• Conduct regular teacher training sessions and workshops.
• Monitor and support teachers in improving classroom delivery and teaching standards.
• Stay updated with modern educational trends and continuously improve academic quality.
• Spend a certain amount of time preparing academic material and teacher resources.
• Monitor curriculum implementation and effectiveness in classrooms.
• Work closely with teachers daily to help elevate their teaching practices.

Requirements

• Strong academic background with experience in curriculum development and teacher training.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Carry yourself as a modern-day educator and mentor.
• Tech-savvy with hands-on computer expertise.
• Ability to create digital academic content, worksheets, presentations, and training material.
• Patient, collaborative, and capable of training teachers from traditional teaching backgrounds.
• Passionate about children’s education and long-term academic growth.
• Leadership qualities with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
