We Are Hiring Head of Curriculum & Teacher Training / Academic Coordinator (Girls Branch) Key Responsibilities: • Revamp and redesign the existing curriculum from Nursery till Class 7. • Introduce modern educational methodologies such as: * English Phonics * DIY & activity-based learning * Interactive classroom strategies * Creative assessments and worksheets • Prepare structured teaching content, lesson plans, classroom activities, and teacher guidelines. • Conduct regular teacher training sessions and workshops. • Monitor and support teachers in improving classroom delivery and teaching standards. • Stay updated with modern educational trends and continuously improve academic quality. • Spend a certain amount of time for prepare academic material and teacher resources. • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the curriculum in classrooms. • Work closely with teachers on a daily basis to help elevate their teaching practices. Requirements: • Strong academic background with experience in curriculum development and teacher training. • Excellent English communication and presentation skills. • Must carry themselves as a modern-day educator and mentor. • Tech-savvy with hands-on computer expertise. • Ability to create digital academic content, worksheets, presentations, and training material. • Patient, collaborative, and capable of training teachers from traditional teaching backgrounds. • Passionate about children’s education and long-term academic growth. • Leadership qualities with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
