About the role
As Head of Digital Product at Thomson Reuters México, you will help define, develop, and deliver the Foundation's digital product strategy and framework. Reporting to the Product & Technology Director, you will work with the Head of Technology and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure digital products are innovative, user-centric, and aligned with TRF's strategic goals.
You will lead the Product Management team and collaborate with technology, design, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver digital solutions across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine a product framework for consistency, quality, and scalability across digital products and services.
- Define and communicate the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational priorities and market needs.
- Foster collaboration among product, technology, UX, and design teams.
- Oversee the digital product portfolio from ideation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality releases.
- Optimize product change management, workflow, and stakeholder engagement processes.
- Embed UX best practices in the product lifecycle, using data-driven insights, user research, and feedback to inform decisions and enhancements.
- Champion AI and automation adoption within the digital product function, working with technology leads to unlock efficiencies and new capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital product management team.
