Company Description
We're looking for an IT Director for a fast-growing company modernizing how their systems, people, and processes work together. They're pushing toward AI-driven automation to streamline the business. We're looking for a hands-on IT leader who can bring structure, connect our core systems, and build a strong, collaborative team
Responsibilities
Lead IT strategy, planning, and team coordinationDrive automation of manual processes, especially within SAP Business One, using AI and other toolsIntegrate core systems (SAP Business One and others) into streamlined workflowsLead and develop the IT team, promoting knowledge-sharing and a healthy team cultureManage infrastructure, AI, and technology projects end-to-endOwn enterprise cybersecurity practicesPartner with internal and external stakeholders on tech and business needsSupport budget and technology planning
Requirements6+ years of experience, including managing teamsDegree in Software Engineering, Systems, or related fieldStrong technical background: Python, AI/LLM frameworks, TypeScript, AWS/GCP, SQL/NoSQL databasesExperience with Agile, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and TerraformWorking experience in cybersecurity and SAP Business OneStrong communicator, collaborative leadership style, genuine interest in developing people
