The Role
Main objetive: To ensure the preservation and proper functioning of the company's machinery based on maintenance programs to meet business plans and continuously improve productivity in the region.
What will you do:
Guarantee production operations in accordance with the demand and planning program.Ensure the efficient and effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services to guarantee the operability of machinery and equipment.Oversee the maintenance of the infrastructure and the continuous improvement of the facilities to maintain the plant's functionality.Guarantee compliance with the expenditure budget and the execution of CAPEX.Identify environmental aspects, hazards and risks in the area, through field review.
You will be succesfull if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.Experience in Process Engineering minimum of 5 years, mechanical maintenance management, equipment reliability, and plant problem solving (nice to have: plastic transformation processes)Strong critical & strategical thinking, empathetic person with negotiation, influence and people development skills.Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes, experience in a complex industrial environment.Proficiency in English is a must.
