Head of Recruitment

We're hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition for one of our clients.
This is a leadership seat, not an execution one. The person who takes it will own the talent acquisition function end to end: the recruiting team across two verticals, creative and technical, the commercial relationship with key accounts, and the systems that keep delivery fast and quality high as the business scales.
It's built for someone who leads and builds in equal measure. The team is already strong and performing well above target, so this isn't a turnaround. It's about taking something that already works and scaling it into a serious expansion roadmap.
What the role owns:Delivery accountability across every service line, from placement-fee to subscription and contractor modelsThe senior relationship on strategic and escalated accounts, stepping in to reframe, extract, and closeTeam leadership across recruiters, account management, and operationsThe operational stack: ATS, reporting, sourcing contracts, and the tooling that lets the team grow without losing quality
What we're looking for:Agency recruiting experience in a multi-account environmentExperience across both the US and Latin American marketsCommercial fluency across placement-fee, credit, and subscription structuresFully bilingual, English and Spanish
