Key ResponsibilitiesLead the direct and indirect sales organizationDrive order intake, revenue growth and market expansionDevelop and execute the sales strategy for MexicoBuild new sales channels and expand our distributor networkSelect, qualify and develop distribution partnersManage distributors through clear targets, KPIs and regular business reviewsMaintain a reliable CRM pipeline and deliver accurate forecastsDevelop key accounts and acquire new customersLead commercial negotiations and support complex technical projectsReport directly to the CSO at Rehm Thermal Systems GmbH in Germany
Your ProfileProven leadership experience in technical B2B salesStrong background in direct sales and distributor managementTrack record of delivering revenue and market-share growthExcellent sales controlling, forecasting and CRM skillsStrong commercial, negotiation and leadership capabilitiesBusiness-fluent English and SpanishExperience in electronics manufacturing, SMT technology or industrial equipment is an advantageWillingness to travel throughout Mexico
