Head of Security

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the security related matters.
Developing plans for security activities.
Maintain and improve mechanisms for risk assessment and dissemination feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
Identify, authorize and supervise activities for staff with subordinate authority and review.
Develop, manage and/or report on internal Security staff, project and external internal.
Responsible for all security and all security related matters in project and defined areas.
Develop SOPs for Security and maintain strict check over day to day activities and staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement security policies, procedures and procedures.
Guiding law enforcement and other agencies as needed.
Conduct investigations into employee misconduct or workplace accidents to identify causes and determine solutions for improvement.
Implementing security measures to protect company assets and ensure that employees, including lighting systems and fans.
Handle services information in confidential manner.
Controlling budget for security operations and monitor expenses.
Coordinating security efforts with other departments within the organization to ensure all areas are covered effectively.
Monitoring security equipment such as alarms and surveillance cameras to ensure the functionality, monitoring and security.
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
Ensuring the ready and/or working procedures for all branches such as Parking Area.
Enforce rules and regulations regarding safety procedures, corporate rules, and other company policies.
Maintain company assets and facilities.
Any other job assigned by the CEO.
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
Excellent knowledge of Security Operations and documentation skills.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, operational and communication skills.
Senior level experience of Security Management.
Thorough understanding of Security Management operations (including statutory obligations).
Thorough understanding of Security Management obligations (including statutory obligations), requirements and dynamics.
Strong drive to provide security services with a high degree of professionalism.
Strong desire to deliver services with a high degree of professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree.
Working Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in similar role, Military Retired Officer from Armed Forces (Fighting Arm only) / Experience in Civil Security is a must.
