Healthcare Billing Specialist BPO

About the role

Cmax Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Healthcare Billing Specialist BPO to join its growing team and build a career in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle industry. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile financial reports and identify discrepancies.
• Create and manage invoices in QuickBooks.
• Use Excel to analyze and organize billing data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support timely and accurate invoicing.
• Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and data security.

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is required, including intermediate to advanced skills with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and IF formulas.
• English C1+ is required.
• A degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
• QuickBooks experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to dedicate the necessary time and attention to the position.
• Experience with invoicing/billing is a plus.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or Accounts Payable (AP) is a plus.
• Professional communication skills and a proactive attitude.
