WE ARE HIRING: HEALTHCARE COLLECTION SPECIALIST
About the Role:As a Healthcare Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, following up on outstanding balances, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare services.
You'll be part of ACC's bilingual team supporting a U.S.-based healthcare client, working closely with insurance companies and internal teams to maintain efficient collection processes and accurate account records.
Location: Guayaquil, Ecuador
Work Mode: On-site
Requirements:English level B2+ or higher.Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable (A/R), medical billing, insurance follow-up, healthcare customer service, or related fields.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-up activities effectively.
