About the roleYou'll be the person making sure care visits actually happen the way they're supposed to. Using AlayaCare (our EVV platform), you'll monitor scheduled home care visits in real time, catch the ones that go wrong — late, missed, vacant, non-compliant — and get them resolved before they turn into a billing problem or a client without care.Full training provided. No prior healthcare experience required.What you'll doMonitor live visit dashboards throughout the day and flag anything outside compliance standardsCreate and track follow-up tasks for our US teams, and escalate what doesn't get resolvedSend a daily summary report — not just numbers, but the patterns you're seeingHandle client and caregiver questions by phone and email with patience and clarityStay current on payer and state-specific EVV rulesWhat we're looking forFluent English (C1 or higher) — you'll speak with US clients, caregivers and colleagues daily.
