Healthcare Team Lead – Home Care

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Team Lead – Home Care to join our team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the home healthcare/home care industry, with a strong understanding of operations, caregiver coordination, client support, scheduling, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and support a home care operations teamCoordinate caregivers, schedules, and client needsMonitor service quality and team performanceHandle escalations and resolve operational issuesCommunicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and internal teamsEnsure accurate documentation and established procedures are followedSupport staffing, scheduling, and coverage requirements
Qualifications:Previous home healthcare or home care industry experience is requiredExperience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, Coordinator, or similar leadership roleStrong communication and people-management skillsExperience with caregiver coordination, scheduling, and client supportStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProfessional English communication skills
