Key Responsibilities Engage customers by promoting and explaining Herbalife products and their health benefits with a friendly and approachable communication style. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute local events showcasing Herbalife’s product range. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Herbalife product lines and effective sales techniques to address customer inquiries and provide tailored recommendations. Support inventory management and optimize product displays to improve the in-store customer experience. Gather and analyze customer feedback to recommend product or marketing improvements. Participate actively in team meetings to share insights, updates, and challenges encountered in customer engagement. Track personal sales performance and consistently meet monthly sales targets aligned with team objectives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and engage with diverse customer groups. No formal education required; passion for health, nutrition, and sales is highly valued. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with Herbalife products or the nutrition industry is an advantage.
