This full-time role offers the opportunity to inspire students and promote a deep understanding of mathematics in a supportive academic environment. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned math lessons that encourage active student participation. Assess student progress regularly through tests, homework, and group projects, providing constructive feedback. Use differentiated instruction techniques to address diverse learning styles and needs. Create a positive classroom atmosphere that fosters communication, collaboration, and respect. Organize and participate in math competitions and school events to enrich student learning and community engagement. Maintain open communication with parents about student progress and development. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Strong mathematical knowledge, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with high school students. Experience implementing instructional techniques and differentiation to support diverse learners. Patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills in a dynamic educational setting. Preferred: Teaching certifications or endorsements in Mathematics education.
