What you’ll doDraft/negotiation: PSAs, leases (office/retail/industrial), financing docs, easements, and closing deliverables.Due diligence: Titles/commitments, surveys, legal descriptions; manage curative and exception removal; coordinate with title/escrow.Deal execution: Structure and close commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financings (including mortgage and construction loans).Development support: Zoning/entitlements strategy, permitting paths, and land-use risk spotting.
What we’re looking for4+ years experience in Commercial real estate background (transactional)Comfort running titles/surveys/due diligence and coordinating closings.Experience with leasing and finance documentation a plus.Texas bar (or eligibility to waive in).
