Your role involves cultivating and managing strong relationships with our luxury hospitality and culinary partners to ensure they receive top-tier service and support. You will be instrumental in matching ideal candidates with the right opportunities by facilitating interviews, promoting standout talents, and ensuring that our partners have access to a well-qualified pool. For candidates, you will serve as a dedicated mentor, offering guidance on professional presentation, conducting mock interviews, and providing strategic advice to enhance their interview skills. Your goal is to empower candidates to secure their ideal roles while ensuring that host companies benefit from exceptional talent. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with prestigious organizations, driving success for both our clients and candidates.RequirementsExperience: 2 - 3 years of work experience in Management in 4-5 star hotels with proven experience in client management, hospitality, or a related field, and a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality sector. Prior experience in managing teams preferred.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple placements and priorities effectively.Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or client management systems.Multitasking: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing a variety of tasks simultaneously.Language Skills: Excellent English skills (both written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.Leadership: Training and supporting new team members as and when they join the team.Responsibilities
Candidate Matching: Match appropriate candidates with the most suitable international job offerings, ensuring alignment with their career goals.Partner Communication: Manage communication with partner host companies, conveying requirements on cultural exchange programs, visa regulations for international hires, and welcome packages.Team Leadership: Coach and mentor a young, dynamic, and multicultural team, ensuring performance and professional development.CV Screening and Candidate Communication: Oversee the screening of CVs and communication with international candidates, ensuring smooth and professional interaction.Interview Preparation: Organize, oversee, and conduct mock interviews, while arranging interviews with recruiters and host employers. Prepare candidates for interviews with both host PropertiesInternational Coordination: Maintain contact with other global PI offices to coordinate international recruitment events, including virtual and in-person recruitment fairs for luxury hotels and restaurants.Document Management: Follow up with candidates and host companies, ensuring all required documents are correctly submitted and processed. Conduct mock interviews and oversee the final submission of correct paperwork.Training and Performance Evaluation: Provide advisory and training in the J1 process to candidates and team members. Train new team members, evaluate their performance, and ensure team and individual objectives are met.Process Improvement: Incorporate more efficient work processes (using HubSpot), ensuring new procedures are in harmony with other departments like Marketing, Sales, and HCMs.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at luxury hotels. Understand client staffing requirements and provide personalized recruitment solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
