About the role
Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Hotel Director for shipboard employment. The role manages overall ship operations and the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall ship operations and guest experience.
- Achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction through responsiveness, follow-through, and the team's ability to resolve issues.
- Ensure inventory levels are appropriate for targets and operational requirements.
- Manage overall hotel department financial performance, including expenses and revenue.
- Develop tactical plans to achieve financial targets and pursue new revenue ideas and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Shipboard Hotel Director experience is required.
- Background experience as a Hotel Director, Rooms Division Director, Revenue Management Director, or Hotel Operations Director in a five-star luxury and/or ultra-luxury hotel.
- Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with guests.
