HOTEL RECEPTIONISTWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at our luxury glamping hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Secondary School minimum. fluent in English
SKILLS Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Could be considered candidates without experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
ACTIVITIES Promoting and selling tour packages, excursions, and other services offered by the hotel or local partners. Providing information to guests about available tours, activities, and attractions in the area. Assisting guests in booking tickets for tours, shows, or transportation services. Offering recommendations and suggestions based on guests' interests and preferences. Upselling or cross-selling additional services, such as spa treatments, restaurant reservations, or special amenities. Following up with guests after their tours or activities to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Processing payments for tour bookings and services rendered. Maintaining updated knowledge about current promotions, events, and discounts available to guests.
