Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression. Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services and local attractions. Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out, including payment processing. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to promptly address guest needs. Handle guest complaints professionally, aiming for satisfactory resolutions. Participate in team meetings to improve operations and guest satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service experience preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Friendly and welcoming demeanor. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Report directly to the Front Desk Manager and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
