About the role
Vinculación UPSLP has a vacancy for an HR Analyst with a payroll focus at an important metal-mechanical manufacturing company in the Industrial Zone. This opportunity is for a recent graduate. The schedule is Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Administer payroll.
- Prepare employee information reports and reporting.
- Provide employee support.
Requirements
- Education in HR, Business Administration, Labor Relations, a related field, or a Bachelor of Business Administration in a related field.
- 0-1 year of payroll administration experience.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISPTA, reports, ISN, and payroll incidents.
- Proactive, organized, analytical, and team-oriented.
