Confidential Opportunity – HR Business Partner - Fixed term contract
Location: Región Norte del Gran Buenos Aires, Argentina (Hybrid)
We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a multinational organization and support a dynamic employee population in Argentina.This role will partner closely with business leaders and employees, driving people initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and business growth. The position offers broad exposure across HR disciplines and requires a strong ability to balance strategic partnering with day-to-day employee support.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities.Provide guidance and coaching on organizational design, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations.Support talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and retention initiatives.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring a positive employee experience and fostering a productive work environment.Ensure compliance with Argentine labor legislation, company policies, and HR practices.Support and participate in union and labor relations matters, including interactions with employee representatives and collective bargaining agreements when applicable.Provide HR support to operational and functional teams, helping address workforce challenges and organizational needs.Partner with specialized HR teams to implement compensation, benefits, learning, and organizational development programs.Analyze HR data and workforce trends to support decision-making and business objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Human Resources Management role.Solid knowledge of Argentine labor legislation and employee relations practices.Experience working with unions and labor relations processes.Advanced EnglishStrong experience supporting leaders and providing HR support to employee populations in manufacturing, industrial, shared services, or corporate environments.Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.Strong communication, coaching, consulting, and problem-solving skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions.Please note: This is a confidential opportunity.
