About the role

INDI Staffing Services is looking for a proactive, dynamic team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to join its Human Resources team as an HR Business Partner. The role offers an opportunity to develop at a fast-growing company in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Meet regularly with business units and management to provide guidance on HR issues.
  • Analyze turnover trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that increase retention.
  • Stay up to date on employee-management legal requirements, reduce legal risks, and support regulatory compliance.
  • Provide guidance on interpreting HR policies.
  • Resolve complex employee-related problems.
  • Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR matters.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar positions within the area.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
  • Communication skills.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility is desirable.
