Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with business units and management to provide guidance on HR issues.
• Analyze employee turnover trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that increase retention.
• Stay updated on legal requirements related to daily employee management, reduce legal risks, and support regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on interpreting HR policies.
• Resolve complex employee-related problems.
• Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR matters.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar positions within the area.
• Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
• Communication skills.
• Advanced English level.
• Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility is desirable.
