WE ARE LOOKING FOR HR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
• Proficient in administering government-mandated benefits and statutory contributions
• Knowledge of employee records management, loan processing, claims administration, and benefits enrollment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
