🚨 MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTHands-on experience with Form I-9 is MANDATORY.You must have direct experience reading, processing, and auditing US Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification). Theoretical knowledge is not enough. Applications without practical I-9 experience will not be reviewed.
Key ResponsibilitiesI-9 & Compliance Support: Audit, verify, and resolve Form I-9 workflows and compliance inquiries via our HR ticketing system.Unemployment Claims: Process and manage US state unemployment claims directly through state agency portals.Audits & Data Integrity: Execute routine HR compliance audits and safely handle sensitive employee data.Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to resolve escalated compliance issues.
Requirements🔴 1–2+ years in HR Compliance with hands-on Form I-9 experience.Experience managing US Unemployment Claims (State portals).Experience using HR ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Workday, etc.).Advanced English (fluent written & verbal).High School Diploma / GED required (Bachelor's in HR/Business is a plus).
