HR Coordinator

To join the team of a technology company with headquarters in the USA and operations in Colombia. This role will be the local HR point of contact, leading recruitment logistics and running onboarding and offboarding, while coordinating with the external provider that manages payroll and health insurance. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment or HR operations roles, with practical ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes. Working knowledge of employment processes, social security and legal benefits in Colombia. Experience with international Tech companies or US based teams is a plus. C1 English proficiency and residency in Colombia required. Salary: COP $10.000.000 to $12.000.000 per month. Contract: Permanent (in Colombia). Work mode: Remote, within Colombia.
