SKYLINE CONSTRUCTIONS is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role is crucial for supporting our human resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with local regulations. Facilitate clear communication across departments regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in employee relations management to promote a positive and productive work culture. Support recruitment processes including candidate screening and interview coordination. Onboard new employees and conduct orientation sessions for seamless integration. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve HR practices. Collaborate with HR team members to implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with organizational goals. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Excellent communication skills to enhance collaboration and employee engagement. Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels. Organizational skills to efficiently manage HR functions and documentation. Proven experience in HR documentation, reporting, and employee relations management. The HR Executive will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with various departments to support HR strategies that align with company objectives. This role is based onsite in Sivakasi and is not eligible for remote work.
