Tarannum Khatun is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Howrah, West Bengal, India. This full-time role is essential for managing and enhancing human resources functions and employee relations within our organization. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Assist in developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Support performance management processes and facilitate employee evaluations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Collaborate with management on employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with HR software and tools is a plus. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Relevant human resources experience preferred. The HR Executive will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with employees across all levels and departments to support HR initiatives and promote a positive workplace environment.
