HR Generalist

Wingman is looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to be the day-to-day point of contact between our team members and business leaders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San SalvadorYou'll own the full HR operations cycle: recruitment for operational and administrative roles, onboarding/offboarding, employee records and attendance, payroll support, and basic reporting (headcount, turnover, absenteeism). You'll also work directly with clients on service satisfaction and account follow-up, since HR at Wingman has direct client-facing responsibility.
What you'll do:Be the go-to person for employee relations and day-to-day HR supportRun end-to-end recruitment for operational/admin positions, coordinating interviews with area leadsCommunicate with candidates in both English and SpanishManage onboarding and offboarding, including documentationKeep employee files, attendance, and payroll data accurate and up to dateEnsure compliance with local labor lawGenerate HR reports and support process improvementsFollow up with clients on service satisfaction and assigned staff performance
