Hr Manager

Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree required. Law degrees will not be considered.
• 10+ years of Human Resources experience in international companies.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager in multinational industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading HR Business Partners or specialist teams, with at least 4 direct reports.
• Strong experience in labor and employee relations, including Brazilian labor legislation and compliance.
• Advanced Business English, written and verbal; intermediate Spanish is desirable.
• Strong background in talent management, succession planning, organizational development and compensation.
• Experience working within regional structures and reporting to leaders based outside the country.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong KPI analysis capabilities.
• Preferred experience in post-acquisition integration (M&A).

Responsibilities:
• Lead all Human Resources processes for the company’s operations in Brazil.
• Lead HR integration strategies for recent and future acquisitions.
• Implement regional and global HR policies and initiatives adapted to the local context.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development and performance management.
• Manage labor and employee relations, investigations and compliance with Brazilian labor regulations.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze and develop the HR team in Brazil.
