Delhi Haat Cottage Emporium is seeking a skilled and proactive HR Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic human resources initiatives in a fast-growing company dedicated to innovative talent management and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent aligned with organizational goals. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that promote a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance individual and team productivity. Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues to sustain a healthy company culture. Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, keeping policies up-to-date. Prepare and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. As an HR Manager, you will play a vital role in improving employee experience and engagement. You will work closely with employees at all levels and partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Success will be measured by improved retention rates, effective recruitment, and positive employee feedback. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in human resources management. Strong expertise in recruitment processes and talent acquisition techniques. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
