This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who combines strong operational expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering an excellent employee experience.YOUR IMPACT• Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to internal movements and offboarding.• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, employee services, and labor and union relations.• Manage headcount, HR budgets, forecasts, and operational indicators.• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and corporate policies.• Maintain reliable HR data and partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to improve service delivery.WHAT YOU BRING• At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations.• Experience working in multinational companies.• Previous HR responsibility for a workforce of at least 1,500 employees.• A completed master’s degree.• Fluent conversational English.• Strong knowledge of employee relations, payroll processes, compensation and benefits, and Mexican labor law.• Experience leading teams and using HR systems such as SAP, Workday, or SuccessFactors.Ready to bring your expertise to a business where people and purpose matter?📩 Send your CV and salary expectations to Libier Barba via LinkedIn direct message, with “HR Operations Manager” as your subject.Know someone who could be a great fit?
