HR Payroll Officer

Managing HR operations and end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring full compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements. Responsibilities include payroll administration, statutory compliance, HR operations, recruitment & employee relations, and benefits administration. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accountancy, or related field, 2–4 years experience in HR & payroll (Philippine setting), strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, experience with payroll systems / HRIS, high attention to detail, and excellent communication and confidentiality.
