Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for bulk hiring, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Implement diverse sourcing techniques including networking, job boards, and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates. Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidate skills, cultural fit, and motivation. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Maintain and update a candidate database, tracking recruitment progress against targets. Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends and best practices to enhance hiring processes. Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in Recruitment or a related discipline is mandatory. Demonstrated experience in bulk hiring recruitment environments. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
