Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment platforms. Conduct outbound telecalling to potential candidates to evaluate qualifications and interest. Maintain accurate candidate records and perform data entry in recruitment databases. Work with senior recruiters to develop job descriptions and post job openings effectively. Coordinate interview scheduling and provide timely feedback to candidates. Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and candidate progress. Track and report key recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and engagement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience with data entry and familiarity with recruitment software is preferred. Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
