About the role

Eaton is looking for a Human Resources Services Associate Analyst located at Haina, DR. The role supports HR operations and the effective delivery of HR services to employees, leaders, and other stakeholders.

The associate analyst provides customer service support to local site HR, supervisors, and employees with HR-related requests and questions. The role analyzes and executes assigned HR processes and provides accurate, timely information about compensation, payroll, HR data, HR plans and policies, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prioritize, organize, and execute assigned HR Services solutions and processes from end to end, following work instructions, service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Analyze and support issue resolution using HR systems, knowledge resources, and reference materials.
• Process requests and respond to customer inquiries about Compensation, Payroll, HR systems maintenance, employee digital records, incident investigations, and other HR services.
• Clearly and accurately communicate policies, procedures, protocols, and applicable government regulations to customers.
• Review, analyze, and resolve assigned cases received through phone, web, and chat, according to established service levels, procedures, and protocols.
• Execute Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and/or Contact Center Care (CCC) processes from ticket submission through follow-up and completion of final payment processing, maintaining accurate digital documentation.
