About the role
DRiV, the aftermarket business group of Tenneco, is seeking an HR Services Specialist. This role serves as a Tier 2 Administrator and main point of contact for complex transactions, critical errors, and undocumented situations within the HR system. It also provides direction within the assigned region and supports operational team coordination, process improvements, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily workload of the operational team.
- Drive process improvements and support team development.
- Process data within the Human Resources department, including entry, maintenance, auditing, and processing of sensitive HRIS data across SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
- Investigate, resolve, and document new cases to maintain data integrity.
