HR Specialist

About the role

Zoomlion, one of the world's top ten producers of heavy machinery, is seeking an HR Specialist to lead the local deployment of the HR strategy and manage administrative tasks that add value to initial business operations in the country. The role reports to the HR Director (Latin America) and is part of the People Experience team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit local employees.
• Support the local company registration process.
• Seek administrative support alternatives.
• Manage and negotiate with local vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee training for local employees.
• Calculate payroll and manage social security procedures.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in an HR department.
• Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with labor law in Panama.
• Skills in payroll calculation and employer relationship management.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and manage the dynamics of a complex organization.
• Experience in leadership and people management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced English skills are mandatory.
