Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and dynamic Generalist to join our team. This role serves as a key liaison between HR and business units, driving people strategies that support organizational goals. The person will play a critical role in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.Facilitate organizational change and culture-building initiatives.Payroll (Mandatory)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
