HR Specialist

About the CompanyWe are a growing renewable energy company specializing in solar products, energy storage systems, inverters and related clean energy solutions.As our business continues to expand in Latin America, we are building a stronger local team in Panama and are looking for a local HR professional to support our growing operations.About the PositionWe are looking for an HR Specialist based in Panama City, Panama.This is a hands-on HR role responsible for supporting daily HR operations, local recruitment, employee administration and employee relations. The successful candidate will work closely with local management and our overseas HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport local recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews and onboarding.Manage employee onboarding, contracts, personnel files and offboarding.Maintain employee attendance, leave and HR-related records.Coordinate monthly payroll information and work with external payroll/accounting providers when necessary.Handle day-to-day employee relations and HR inquiries.Support compliance with local employment regulations and HR practices.Assist with the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.Provide HR support to local employees and management.Complete other HR-related tasks assigned by the company.RequirementsMore than 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with experience in local recruitment and HR operations.Familiar with Panama local employment practices and HR regulations.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and handle multiple HR tasks.Spanish is required; English is preferred.Experience working in an international company is a plus.Experience in the renewable energy, manufacturing, trading or other international business sectors is a plus.Adaptable with the work pace of Chinese company.
