About the role
Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies for a full-time HR Specialist role in Chile. The role focuses on training and performance management, employee development, day-to-day HR operations, and policy implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work with the business to understand its needs, create a yearly training plan for the office, and run training programs.
- Work with the regional team to help set up and run the digital learning platform based on its requirements.
- Oversee the employee development cycle, including identifying training needs, delivering programs, conducting performance evaluations, and managing development plans.
- Use fluent Chinese every day for all work activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent communication in English and Chinese.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications or tech industry is a plus.
- Submit a CV in English.
