HR Workday Functional Analyst

Location: HerediaHybrid 50%, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pmContract: 3 months + Potential to extend About the Role:This role will have a key emphasis on project testing and functional enhancement testing support primarily in the areas of Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits and/ or HCM Core in the company. About 50% of your time will be focused on testing support. While the remainder of your time (About 50%) will be troubleshooting to help solve Workmate issues through People Guide Requests (Ticket Resolution). A key focus will be on problem solving, responsiveness and communicating takeaways with the larger team for continuous improvement. The person must have sufficient base functional area knowledge to not require basic handholding (like now to read a business process, where to look in the system for basic tasks, tenant management). Must have EIB experience and be comfortable with them. The team member that joins will have their weeks vary on how much they must flex either into People Guide Requests OR project work

RequirementsEnglish advanced B2+ 85-90%2+years of Hands-on experience with Workday and EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).2+years of Experience with testing/UAT and ticket/incident resolution.2+years of Functional knowledge of at least 2 Workday modules: HCM Core, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, or Benefits.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.Good communication skills and attention to detail.
