About the role

Dollarcity's HR area works as a strategic partner to different areas of the company to build a world-class organization and support its growth plan in Latin America. As an HRBP Manager, you will partner with senior leadership and regional teams, translating business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capabilities, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior leaders to understand business priorities, anticipate workforce needs, and translate organizational challenges into practical people strategies that support business objectives.
- Lead organizational design initiatives, identify critical roles and future capabilities, and coach leaders to build high-performing teams aligned with the company's growth strategy.
- Partner with leaders and HR Centers of Expertise to strengthen talent identification, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
