Job Details Role: Human Resource Executive Location: Titanium Business Park, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (100% Onsite) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (US Night Shift) Working Days: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle for India operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. HR Operations: Act as the primary contact for employee queries, attendance tracking, and maintaining HR documentation. Global Support: Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure USA hiring compliance and assist candidates with form completion. Employee Relations: Handle grievance management and conflict resolution for teams based in India and the USA. Compliance: Ensure all employee records and documentation comply with Indian labor laws and company policies. Requirements Experience: Open to freshers and experienced HR professionals. Communication: Excellent English communication skills required for effective interaction with global teams.
