QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field plus 2–5 years of proven HR experience
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to handle confidential info with total discretion
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compliance, and full-cycle recruitment/onboarding.
- Respected/HR professional, highly desirable CHRP.
