HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Handle onboarding, employee relations, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Assist with training and employee development programs.
• Administer employee benefits and answer HR-related concerns.
• Support DOL compliance and other government requirements.
• Assist Management with HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
• Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: HR and knowledge as advantage.

Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays
• Preferably located near 8th Avenue, Caloocan and willing to work onsite
