Human Resources Analyst

We are looking for an HR Analyst!If you are a senior-year student or graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, have experience in Human Resources processes, and are fluent in English, this opportunity could be for you.
We are looking for an organized, service-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills who can provide support across different Human Resources processes.
Location: Santo DomingoWork Modality: On-site
What will be your purpose?Manage and follow up on Human Resources administrative processes, ensuring proper employee documentation, compliance with labor-related procedures, and timely updating of employee information in the corresponding systems.
Key Responsibilities:• Prepare employment contracts for new employees.• Prepare and maintain updated employee files.• Manage and approve personnel actions and functional changes.• Submit documentation to the Ministry of Labor related to terminations, absences, and other processes.• Provide guidance and manage employee health insurance enrollment and related processes.• Maintain updated employee information in the HR system, including hires and terminations.• Maintain records of medical leave.• Report sickness and maternity benefits through the SISALRIL system, when applicable.• Execute employee termination processes.• Receive and process resignation letters.• Provide support in other Human Resources activities as required.
Requirements:• Senior-year student or graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.• 1–2 years of experience in similar positions.• Experience using Human Resources systems.• Knowledge of the Dominican Labor Code.• Knowledge of the Social Security Law.• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.• Knowledge of IDOPPRIL.• Advanced English proficiency.
