HR Business Analyst (Global Talent Development)Location: Remote – Costa Rica (LATAM)

Join our Global Talent Development TeamThe Global Talent Development Team (GTD) leads highly visible experiences to develop and retain Akamai’s employees. The team uses data-driven insights to inform actions that build talent capabilities vital to the organization's current and future success.
Partner with the BestIn this role, you will create actionable reports, data visualizations, and analysis for the Global Talent Development team and the broader HR organization. You will work cross-functionally to understand business requirements, develop reports, dashboards, and metrics, and educate stakeholders on interpreting data to support key organizational decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesHelp manage the team's data portfolio across various tools, including Excel, Oracle, and Pluralsight.Serve as the subject matter expert for Global Talent Development and related HR data.Create recurring reports, scorecards, dashboards, and executive presentations using graphs, infographics, and other visualization techniques.Structure large datasets to uncover meaningful insights and support data-driven program development and talent investments.Participate in the design and execution of projects related to data, analytics, and reporting while supporting ad hoc requests.Collaborate with the Global Talent Development team to gather and assess data, establish KPIs, and measure the effectiveness of key development initiatives.
Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in a similar reporting or HR analytics role with a strong understanding of data management, governance, reporting, and analytics.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, including:Complex Pivot TablesAdvanced data analysis functionsMacrosStrong Google Workspace skills, particularly Google Sheets and Looker Studio, including:Complex Pivot TablesApp ScriptsData analysis functionsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze and organize complex datasets.Experience handling sensitive and confidential HR data.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Work EnvironmentThis is a flexible remote position that may be performed from home and/or a local Akamai office within the advertised country. Flexible working arrangements are available based on business needs.
