About the role

The role is accountable for high-quality HR service delivery and provides consultative HR solutions to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while aligning HR programs and services with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders, management, and associates to advance organizational goals through strategic HR initiatives.
• Design initiatives that support associate engagement and the evolving needs of the workforce.
• Manage recruitment and retention strategies to maintain qualified associates and support quality product delivery.
• Coach business leaders on associate communication, development, and performance management.
• Develop talent strategies that build organizational capabilities, internal bench strength, and support growth.
• Address talent gaps and changing business demands through development opportunities, career and succession planning, and talent mobility.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to deliver integrated solutions aligned with company initiatives.
• Analyze trends and metrics, communicate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
• Implement core Center of Excellence processes, training, and tools to support consistency worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, ethics, and company policies.
