Human Resources Generalist

HR GeneralistReporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in talent management, employee relations, labor compliance, recruitment, HR administration, payroll coordination, and HR analytics, while partnering closely with managers and employees.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with Ecuadorian labor legislation and company policies.Support employee relations, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and labor administration.Coordinate hiring, onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and personnel records.Prepare payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee documentation.Support recruitment activities, interviews, employee integration and exit processes.Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and talent management initiatives.Monitor HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, training, staffing, labor costs) and provide analytics to support decision-making.ProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related fields.4+ years of experience in HR Generalist, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or Personnel Administration roles.Experience in industrial, manufacturing, chemical, oil & gas, energy, or operational environments is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Ecuadorian Labor Law and employee relations.Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar HR systems.High level of Microsoft Office Suite management.Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.English B2Join a dynamic international environment where you can contribute to business success through people, compliance, and continuous improvement.
