Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure timely staffing aligned with company growth. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that enhance workplace culture, boost employee engagement, and support business goals. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee performance management systems by guiding employee evaluations, setting clear KPIs, and facilitating development plans to improve individual and team productivity. Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and protecting both employees and the company. Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate professional development programs to continuously upgrade employee skills and competencies. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and inform strategic decision-making. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources leadership roles, preferably in recruitment and employee relations. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Philippine labor laws, and compliance requirements. Proficiency with common HR software and tools such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Preferred: Experience working in manpower services or recruitment agencies. Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and foster a high-performance culture. Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) is a plus.
